the Tucson Computer Society and the Journal portion of the TCS Web

instruction covering various aspects and levels of computer use including:
Introduction to Windows, Navigating the Internet (Web, news, mail),
Word Processing, Hardware/Software Issues, Installing/Updating Applications
and Drivers. |

Classes
conducted on text-based Internet applications for use with a "Shell
Account" offered through the Houston Area League of PC Users,
HAL-PC. Classes covered the server-based applications: Lynx (browse
the Web), Tin (newsgroups) and Pine (email). |
